THANK YOU GINGER JASPER...

I love it when the doorbell rings. I think maybe one of these days I'll be able to sneak out if the door's open long enough. But the Zoolatry Human usually has her feet in the way. And there's a big monkey hanging on the coat rack and when she squeezes it a scream comes out that scares me away.
Anyway, yesterday the doorbell rang. But no one was there. What was there was a big package from all the way across the pond! It was from Ginger Jasper and his Sweet Human, and we are sending a great big, warm and fuzzy thank you right back across the pond.
Now, lest Jasper's Sweet Human thinks we are quite late with our gratitude... we noted that the Royal Mail said this package left England on January 9. Today is June 8... oh my, oh my... we suspect it traveled east all way 'round the world to get to us maybe. But we're glad it got here, cause it's a neat box of graph-fix to play with and it will be lots and lots of fun for us all.
PS please scroll down for my random rumbling for today.

  2. Hi and so glad you got it ok.

Cant think why the postmark said that as it was only posted last Monday. It was quite quick for Royal Mail, a week.

Hope you and the beans have fun playng.

    Hugs GJ x

GJ and his mum are fabulous! They sent us a lovely package when Cal went to the bridge. We loved everything they sent!

  6. Wow, the stories that package could tell, eh? First it took TOO long, and now GJ says it came abnormally fast and was postmarked wrong. Hmmm. Intriguing!

  8. How wonderful of Jasper to send you those things, even if they did take like furefur to get to you! Did you use those grafix to ramble about?

  10. FIVE whole months - that is unreal. Well, we have been expecting a package from across the pond too but this puts it all in perspective.

That monkey on the door would scare us too.

  12. What a wonderful surprise. But almost 5 months to the day of travel time? Yikes. Good thing it wasn't medical supplies or something really important.

  13. That is cool that you got a package but wow, 6 months to get it is crazy long! I would think it could make it there and back and there again a few times in that long!
