MAGGY MONDAY ~ Mommy's Little Helper

The guest room has now been emptied of all but a few boxes, this dresser and a lamp.
I had pulled the dresser drawers out and moved them into my room,
thinking to fill them with sweaters, towels, linens ~ those soft things acceptable
to movers.  When I came back, intending to move the dresser into my room ...
well ... t'was not to be, at least not at that moment ...
but no complaints.  After all, good help is hard to find!

  2. TBT here: Just a suggestion from past experience, but keep the soft stuff in the drawers and tie the drawers shut with straps. Less bulk from the mover point of view.

  3. Well, that's the perfect spot to keep watch on everything. :-)

Fingers crossed all goes well with the move, sending purrs and purrayers, and wishing you peace, Ann.

  7. Nothing better than a good dresser without the drawers. That makes such a great place for a nap. Looks like you are making some progress with all the stuff you are doing. Sending lots of purrs for the big move.

  12. You've found a purrfect spot for snoopervising.

Thank you so much for your kind words about Auntie El's passing. We're sorry it's taken so long to reply but Mom is having a hard time. It's comforting to have the support of the Cat Blogosphere at this sad time. The memory of that wonderful lunch at your house is very special and we will always cherish it.

  17. What, really, were you expecting? You give a kittie a brand noo place to sleep, you gotta figure the kittie is gonna try it out.

So, Maggie, did it measure up?

  20. Looks as if Maggie doesn't want to be left behind. She's also waiting for you to fill those drawers with the nice, soft sweaters on which she can make a comfy bed.
