  2. Nice to meet you Mr and Mrs Turkey. I have never seen wild turkeys, which is fine by me. I was attacked by a giant Mr Turkey at age 8 and have never forgotten it...not a wild turkey but one that belonged to a friend..

  4. We see wild turkeys here and their poop is so much fun to roll around in. Mom unfortunately doesn't agree with me.

  5. No turkeys in our neck of the suburban woods, but my sister & bil in Pennsylvania have troops of turkeys walking through their neighborhood...wild!

  9. We don't get turkeys here, but when we came home today Mr. Pheasant was in the paddock. I would say he had his wives with him, but it was more like a harem. I counted one Mr.Pheasant and 21 Mrs.Pheasants!

  10. We have a whole flock of those wild turkeys in our area. They like to hide in the woods and fields near where our donkey pals live. Mom is always amazed at how big they are. When they see us, though, they run, and yes, they run VERY fast.

  11. Cool! We have turkeys around here, too, but they usually come out when it gets a bit warmer.

  12. Great shots! When I was a child, it was rare to see them, but they have acclimated to living on the outskirts of civilization.
