  4. June, you're wise beyond your years. I'm thankful I gave up my FB account years ago, and might do the same with Instagram.

    Tell your mom to take a breath, go for some fresh air if she can, have a cup of coffee or tea, and take extra good care of her mental health right now, as hard as that is. ❤️

  8. That is excellent advice, June. We've tried to keep our parents away from the new on the TV and online. It's just not good for their blood pressure.
