This little kitty went to market.
In her pocket, no money, no credit, had none.
So this little kitty, no foods she could buy,
hurried home, meowing, shopping's no fun.

However, an empty bag is always useful for a little kitty.

By the way, June, I'd like to mention that first, you have no pockets,
and second, even we grown-ups don't like going to market
much anymore with prices as high as they are.
empty bags are anyway the best... you can not play with it when it is stuffed with stuff...

My mama doesn't go to the market anymore, the market comes to us and I get to watch her bring it inside from the porch. It comes in plastic bags, which means you would have none to play with. I get my fun trying to go out the door while she brings stuff inside

ReplyDeleteAn empty bag in the home means that firstly it had good stuff in it that someone was able to bring in...and now you have the bonus of a nice playtime! (we agree, we hear a lot of grumbling about all the high prices...and no end in sight...for us on a budget its hard...)
