There's no way we could ever forget that UNFORGETABLE day.....the world changed - at least for all of us here.....we still carry hope in our hearts that never EVER will this happen again but it sometimes feels as if the world is on fire.
Mom won't forget that day. Even though she was living in Germany at the time, when she heard about it on the radio in the car on her way home from a class, she could not believe it. She says she watched CNN non stop for days and was glad she was not in the US at that time as it would have been even more scary.
I wwish we would learn from this day ... a world in peace..... a dream...

Your words are so true and your artwork is beautiful. What a horrible day that I will never forget.
ReplyDeleteWe've never forgotten, it's a sadness that will always stay with us.

ReplyDeleteA terrible day forever written in history, and should be in everyone's thoughts and memories too.
ReplyDeleteWe will never forget...
ReplyDeleteWhat makes us even sadder is that, rather than bringing the country together, it has become more and fractured and violent since then.
