There's no way we could ever forget that UNFORGETABLE day.....the world changed - at least for all of us here.....we still carry hope in our hearts that never EVER will this happen again but it sometimes feels as if the world is on fire.
Mom won't forget that day. Even though she was living in Germany at the time, when she heard about it on the radio in the car on her way home from a class, she could not believe it. She says she watched CNN non stop for days and was glad she was not in the US at that time as it would have been even more scary.
It was a day of shock and heartbreak for the nation, as well as all over the world. With this week's news, it appears we've learned nothing. #neverforget
I wwish we would learn from this day ... a world in peace..... a dream...

ReplyDeleteWhat makes us even sadder is that, rather than bringing the country together, it has become more and fractured and violent since then.
