The earth is an ellipsoid.
The simplest definition of an ellipsoid is that it is "the 3D equivalent of an ellipse".
The other definitions are far too complex for me, a kitty cat, to explain or share here,

And according to NOAA, the earth, as an ellipsoid,
also has a slight bulge at the middle.
Mine Mommy says that appears to describe me quite well,
though she often says I am round and big, and too round and too big.

ReplyDeleteJune, I think you're purrfect! I have become much "rounder" in the past few years and you know what? Life is too short to fixate on our body shape/size. We, as females of all species, need to drop the body shaming (and the patriarchal dictates) for the bs it is. ❤️❤️❤️
