MY CHRISTMAS WISH LIST ~ by June

I went to visit Santy Paws.  I sat on his big comfy lap.
Mine Mommy wasn't all that happy 'bout that,
'cause I'm not much of a lap cat (she was jealous).
Together, me and Santy discussed my Christmas Wish List ~ ~ ~

You know, June, you have a very good Christmas Wish List.

Thank you, Santy, I thought really hard about what I wanted ...

I know you did and I'm proud of you, but I don't think I can
deliver your wishes on Christmas eve!

Why not, Santy?  Everyone needs what is on this list, it is all important.

Yes, June, but much here is beyond what Santa can do.
These are hopes for a better tomorrow.
They are mostly things that can only come
from you, from your family and your friends.
They need to come from many people, all over, all over the world.
People who believe in working together, hand in hand,
believing in one another, doing the right thing,
showing they truly care, selflessly in all ways.
It is following the Golden Rule, something it seems many have
forgotten about in recent times ~
do for others as you would have them do for you.
And that also means how we speak to and speak of others as well.
This is not Santa's work ~ this is your work.

I understand, but how do I do that ~ how do we do that?

It starts with one.  With you.  Then one becomes two.
Do not shy away from reaching out.  Do not fear it.
You cannot only walk in light and avoid the dark.
Even when you have little, June, you still have something to share.

Oh, mmm meow, yes, I think I do have some things I can share,
will sharing start to make my Christmas Wishes come true?

It just might be the beginning, June.

Oh, mmm meow, is it okay if I also wish for some
tuna Temptations and a new nip nanner?

  3. Those are big, important wishes, June. If only humans weren't bound by their egos so much, by fear, greed, power, etc. However, there is still much Light in this world if we look for it, if we BE the Light.

As for your Temptations and nip manner, well, I think Santa can deliver on those. 😻🎅❤️

  19. June, with such a beautiful list of wishes from Santa, we are pretty darn sure that the Temptations and the nanner will be no problem at all. Your message today is so powerful - we hope everyone everywhere hears it AND heeds it. It may start with just one, but we all know it takes a lot more helpers to get things going. Oh, what a wonderful world it could be . . .
