JUNE & PIP ~ or ~ PIP & JUNE

That's my best brofur Pip who owns my Auntie Dee.  He is my older brofur and I am not "used to him" yet, 

but I am trying cause Auntie Dee and mine Mommy are bestest of friends and like to spend time together.  

Pip and I look a whole lot alike.  When Auntie Dee comes here, I still hide.  

When I go there, I still hide, but I am trying, trying hard!

Auntie Dee is funny, cause she likes to say, 

"Pip, you have a coffee stain on your chin and I brush and I brush and but

it doesn't come out!"

Well, guess what?  I have a coffee stain too, and mine is here to stay too, 

just like Pips is!  

My chinny chin chin hairs are coffee with cream, cream 'n' sugar!

You can kiss my chin, tickle my chin ... but if'n I don't know you I will probably hide!

CATURDAY ART ~ My Friend Pip

My friend PIP ~ Pip is my "big brother".  My hu-mom really loves Pip, she's known him a long, long time and he is quite the special boy.  In fact, when she "gotcha me", her special-quiet-mind just might have chosen me 'cause I look like Pip!  How about that!  Pip's mom 'n' dad are my moms bestest friends.  They are snow-birds and in summertime they live not too far from us, but then they go south in the winter, so I guess Pip is a snow-cat!  During the summer, I went to visit Pip for a weekend, but I was not very sociable.  I'm not around other peoples or anipals to often, so I was shy and hid almost the whole time we visited.  But Pip, he was a gentleman for sure, he did not mess with me, but kindly sniffed and said "meow" ever so gently, and waited for me to come to him ... I'm sorry I didn't do that.  Now he is in the Sunshine State and I won't get to see him for many months.  But today, you get to see him ... here are two pictures his mom sent ~

The first he's just lounging and napping, the easy boy ... 
and in the second picture he's at a favorite spot, the cat-tree on the back porch.  My hu-mom said the feather-toy dangling down looked like it could be a birdie's nest, so just for fun ... that's what we made it into ... bird and all!  And that is our Caturday Art ...

FELINE FRIDAY ~ All About Pip

This is my super-special bro-fur PIP!  Handsome, isn't he?  Right now we're "virtual" siblings, but I think maybe we'll meet in purr-son this spring or summer and how exciting that will be.  I imagine I can learn a lot from him cause he is older and wiser than I am.  PIP is a snow-cat, living in Florida in the winter and in the summertime living quite near me and Mom.  But his story, and the story that makes him my bro-fur is truly super-special . . . read on please . . .

You see, PIP adopted Miss Dee and Mr Pierre many years ago.  He was a feral, living a hard life on his own, out in the woods.  But he saw them, knew how good they were and chose them to be his family.  It is said that life works in mysterious ways, and one day in the middle of those years, my Mom met Pip's Mom and a friendship was forged.  Little ZOEY, the one who came before me, could no longer be with my Mom and Miss Dee lovingly took ZOEY into her home and heart.  As time went on, PIP and ZOEY became good friends.  I've heard many stories of her and wish I had known her, but she sadly crossed her bridge last year. She'd lived 7 good years with my Mom and 7 very good years with her Other Mother, Miss Dee.  I think PIP will share stories of his silly sis-fur when we meet, as I've been told he still misses her.    

My Mom feels very close to PIP. Even though he can be shy, she came to know him and to love him when she has visited with Miss D and Mr P as she does often.  And she's said to me that when she saw me on the rescue site, she thinks PIP was there in her mind and heart, guiding her toward me ~ perhaps he was.  Love you, PIPster ... 💚

well loved and cared for in Aunt Dee's home.  Little brother of Angel TK and Angel Zoey,

always the good brother, though for now an "only kitty".  

Very photographable even though shy, I always loved to capture him if I could when visiting.
