oooh nipper... we love such signs that our world was such a good place once
ReplyDeleteLove your beautiful captures!
ReplyDeleteA very nice walkabout, with lots of interesting sights and architecture! I too love the Nipper statue!
ReplyDeleteThose are some cool things. Maybe one day we will get to see them in the furs.
ReplyDeleteI remember seeing Nipper, but haven't seen the others. That "Split-Rocker" is jaw-dropping!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos. The first is a similar idea to one we saw near the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao. It is hard to tell whether it is a cat or a dog, they call it Puppy, but I prefer to think it was a cat.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThe floral sculpture is beautiful. I have lived in the Baltimore area all my life and have never visited Sherwood Gardens, I should change that. Nipper is cute! Take care, have a wonderful week!
What beautiful memories today, you know we are big fans of Nipper!

We love this collection of picture from your area. That flower sculpture looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteIt's always fun to see what fun things are in our neighborhoods. Love the first one the best.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches to June. ♥
Wow, what an amazing tour of favorite places around your area. We absolutely loved the Split Rocker topiary. It reminded me of Mainau, the garden island in Lake Konstanz, Germany. I'm a huge fan of topiaries. I don't think people comprehend how challenging it is to create such amazing slices of nature. And who doesn't love 'little Chipper?' Happy Monday.
ReplyDeleteJune I enjoyed the revisit each photo was unique. I love the Pup too
