Just like mine Mommy changes my blog header each month,
she also changes the wallpaper on her cell phone.
And it's usually a picture of me!
So this month she decided to design something fun and different and kinda sorta
crazee and used the original photo below.
She used like a bazillion tools in Adobe, layer on layer on layer,
and the bottom picture was the end result ~
like it so much. So, I'm not her November wallpaper after all!
There's just a big bunch of gnarly pumpkins and gourds and stuff like that!
Besides, I reminded her about what we learned way back in Photography 101:
the camera sees what the eye doesn't always see ...
you don't always see that pole sticking out of someone's head and
s'riously, I do not wear a lampshade on mine!
LET'S GO JOIN

The colors make you look like a different kitty, Juney, but other than that, the artwork is nice!
ReplyDeleteJune, I like the image anyway! I change my phone wallpaper every few months, usually along with the seasons, but my apps cover most of it anyway! 🙃
ReplyDeleteI agree that we don't always notice what the camera sees. I do like the art though.
ReplyDeleteMom has all five GBGV's on her phone. Emma is on the turning on screen, Madison is the main background and her self made case she ordered has the three of us running FastCAT on the back with our blog url. She often lays her phone down at dog events and forgets to pick it up. People always bring it back to her because they know exactly which human those dogs in the photos belong to. Maybe your Mom will make a good holiday wallpaper for you.
ReplyDeleteThat's a cute picture of you, June. I think it looks like you have a white hat on your head.
ReplyDeleteJune, I like both those pictures of you! But it's great that digital programs give us so many options. If we're not happy with the first pictures, we can work on, and try for others! Happy Caturday!
ReplyDeleteLovely pic of you, June. The art is cool!
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "Our Dada says it looks like you are wearing a light-up fez, and he says that Steely Dan says you should never do it without your fez on! Whatever a fez is, and whoever Steely Dan is ..."
ReplyDeleteits beautiful and I love the way your eye area is glowing with light but do understand it might not look as good on the phone scream. I have to carefully edit my wall paper of Beau on the phone.
ReplyDeleteBeing an artist means try try try again, June.
ReplyDeleteI happen to like that final result, but that's me.
I prefer the original though the art one is nice too. I have a photo of Stitch and Jethro on my lock screen and Abby and Chiana on my home screen. I will need to include the newbies Cali and Cleo somehow! :-D
ReplyDeleteYou are always a cutie no matter what sweet June!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! I usually have a seasonal cat photo on my lock screen and always a picture of Mudpie on my home screen.
ReplyDeleteYour mommy is so talented. XO
ReplyDeleteIt's nice your mom experiments, although not every experiment works out.
ReplyDeleteWe like your photo and art, Juney. It does look a little like you're wearing a white hat, but you look adorable as always.
ReplyDeleteYou look great
ReplyDeleteCute Caturday art, love your cute kitty! Have a great day and happy week ahead.
ReplyDeleteWell, for what it's worth, me and dad think that doctored photo of you is pretty cool, June. Sorry it didn't cut it for your mom's phone.
ReplyDeleteIt's cute art, Juney, but We really do prefurr The Original You.
ReplyDeleteJune I love the art. First one resembles a Chef's Hat.
ReplyDeleteHugs cecilia
Your mom is an amazing artist! Tigris and Styx who are sorry we haven't been around more.
ReplyDeleteWell I think it's quite clever artwork, June. Your Mum is so talented.
ReplyDeleteYour fur-iend,
Wilson 🐾
Well, why didn't she change that lampshade into a crown?? You know; a blue one with polkadots of white diamonds!
