S'riously. There are two ways to enter my blankie basket. DIY ~ "do it yourself", or purrhaps better said as DIM being "do it myself", but then I'd never want to be thought of as "dim" in any way, shape or form! Or the one I really prefer, DIFM ~ do it for me! This morning I am opting for the latter ~ after all, it is Easy Sunday and why should I have to work at anything? And getting into my blankie basket by way of the DIY [or the DIM] method is generally a long, tedious, multi-paw process, and I'll not bore you with those details.
S'riously. I sit and wait. For mine Mommy to simply lift up a corner of the polka dot blankie, easy peasy, allowing me to jump up and in, the aforementioned DIFM method ~ but where is she? Here I sit, waiting. Waiting. For her to notice me. See me. Come to my assistance. Do her job. Her assigned duty. Her responsibility to her June. DIFM mine Mommy. At this rate I'll be here all day. Meowz.

Our Mommy is very slow to come to our aid too June. Do you know last night she made us wait for our supper. It was very rude of her. We love your basket and hope that DIFM happens soon.
ReplyDeleteJune, I'd like to commiserate with you, but sorry sweetie...you're gonna have to DIY.
ReplyDeleteI bet your mom helped you out just as soon as she was done taking your picture, June. That's a great place to keep warm when it's cold outside.
ReplyDeleteNoelle is an expurrt at DIY with blankies!
ReplyDeleteI hope you didn't have to wait too long for DIFM!
ReplyDeleteJune I must break this news to you gently....HUMANS HAVE TO BE RETRAINED AT LEAST WEEKLY
ReplyDeleteHUGS CECILIA
Go first for the DIY version, but then make such a mess and fuss and noise that the staff team are forced to come to your rescue. Hard times call for drastic measures!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely and assisted week

ReplyDeleteYou can do it sweet June! Our Chipper always covers himself up!
ReplyDeleteIt is calling your name, go for it. Take care, have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteAhahaha June, you may have some long wait times using the DIFM method ...
ReplyDeleteWe have a feeling your DIFM person was right behind you, June. Hope you enjoyed your comfy Sunday basket nap.
ReplyDeleteYour mommy loves to help you in any way she can and you won't have to wait long if you make some noise, Juney!

My cats are DIFM mainly unless up to no good then it''s DIM!
ReplyDeleteJune, DIFM comes to mind as a first step but I am thinking DIY so you loose no time in that perfect basket because I am sure DIFM will be there much quicker than you think.
ReplyDelete*lose no time🙃
DeleteSometimes you just have to do things for yourself, June. Humans are so unreliable.
ReplyDeleteLady and Man need us to help them always. Tigris, Styx and Lanie too
ReplyDeleteYou need a bell to let her know you need her help. XO
ReplyDeletePoor neglected June :(
ReplyDeleteI suspect that you need to put in a lot more 'meowz' to get your mommy on the case!

Maybe you go over and gently tap your mommy on the foot to let her know you are waiting. Who knows, it could work.
ReplyDeleteAva and Target prefer DIFM, too, Juney. We hope Mom was able to help you with yours!
ReplyDeleteHi June! I, Marvelous, prefer the LMDI (let Mom Do it). Kozmo like the YLHFM (Yell like He** For Mom) and Jo Jo sighs and does it herself! Keep being AWESOME Sweetie! Your #1 Fan Boy, Marvelous Marv
