June! Please do not use the table leg as a scratching post.
Just look at all the little scratch marks you've already left on it ...
Sorry, meowz.
I meant to scratch on your leg right next to it ... meowz.
Well, I'll thank you not to scratch upon my leg either!
Your feetz maybe?
No! Not! Thank you very much.
Mentioning feetz ... within less than "one feetz" you have at least three
real scratchers, I'd be thankful if you'd use one of those!
Legs. Feetz. Chairs. Tables.
They're all kinda sorta the same to me.
Meowz.

You must have scratching posts or things that are better for you to scratch around your house, don't you? Our kitties were really good about only scratching on their own things made for scratching.
ReplyDeleteI think you need to remember which are the real scratchers, June.
ReplyDeleteAgreed! We know you have real kitty scratchers around, so be nice to your mom, June. 😆😻
ReplyDeleteMine love to scratch the furniture!! Anything goes with my 6 haha! :-D
ReplyDeleteWell June, this wouldn't be the first time I've known a kitty to stroll by a scratcher and opt to scratch a chair instead ...
ReplyDeleteRemember your Mommy has the treats! Best not to injure her.
ReplyDeleteJune, we understand how everything looks like a scratching post.
ReplyDeleteWe agree...although we used our chair legs for chewing when we were little BOL. But they have the same little marks!

This is a tough one, June.
ReplyDeleteChair legs look like scratching posts, so I get it.
Chaplin: "If not a scratching post, then why vertical?"
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a scratching post to me sweet June. Thanks for joining Angel Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteTee Hee. That made us laugh, June!

JUNE..JUNE..JUNE you are a funny furry feline friend
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia
Oh June! You wouldn't really use your mom's leg as a scratching post, would you? I'm sure it would be better to use the scratchers she has for you instead.
ReplyDeleteJune, I am sure you are sorry for making those scratch marks. Take care, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteJune, you are a feline with a mind of her own!
ReplyDeleteOops- scratches happen. :) XO
ReplyDeleteOuch! No scratching on skin!
ReplyDeleteOooo, we'd be in so much trouble if we did that, June. Better try to use your scratching posts. Then maybe you will get a treat! XOX Xena and my pack
