Mine Mommy was beginning to pack away Boolatry things,
I saw our Christmas box come down from the high-up shelf. I peeked as she carefully folded
each of my costumes, wrapped them in tissue and gently put them in the box ... for next year.
I couldn't even really remember if I had worn any of them this month ...
I watched as each one ...
There was Jesse June, but where was my pal Woody?
And baby Yoda. Whose name turned out to be Grogu [you can read more about that down at the end].
Oh, it was fun to be a Scarey-Crow, but I do love bird watching, not scaring them.
And really, I am not a Little Devil. Well, not often.
Raggedy Ann. This costume borrowed from Zoey, who came before, thank you.
The painter, Bob Ross. I can't paint, it gets all over my tummy furs!
Toad. Remember, don't nibble the mushrooms.
Despicable Me. I am not, not, not at all. Right?
And always, The Great Pumpkin.
Best Costume Ever: Me: The Polka Dot Kitty Girl June
Here, from October 2021, the story of how Baby Yoda got his name
I was just a baby myself then, so I could fit in his 'egg'.

You do a very nice job of celebrating Howloween! We are dreading it this year with it being on a Saturday and the extra hour of sleep that night which means the older kids will be out and about longer. We go in the back of the house and hide. Mom wants nothing to do with it all and we are the same. Next year your costumes will come out again and the fun will happen again.
ReplyDeleteWe love you in your polka dots, Juney, because they are so YOU, but we also loved Raggedy Ann. You were pretty cute in her too. All of your costumes are so creative and wonderful!
ReplyDeleteJune, you are always so cute!
ReplyDeleteAll your costumes are great!
ReplyDeleteWow June, that's a cute bunch of costumes! You excel at playing DressUp!
ReplyDeleteChaplin: "You certainly have worn a variety of costumes, June! You are like the Mistress of Disguise!"
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "Our Dada still calls Grogu 'Baby Yoda' ― apparently he doesn't care what the character's name actually is."
Oona: "Well he always calls Oona things such as 'Peeper' and 'Banoona' and 'Monster' so maybe Dada is just bad with names. UNLIKE A NINJA."
Always love seeing you sweet June ~ love your mask ~ Hugs ^_^

You sure have lots of costumes to dress up in, June. I think your polka dot kitty one is the best.
